تعلن **شركة المتحدة باكينك للتعبئة والتغليف** عن توفر فرصة وظيفية للانضمام إلى فريقها في منصب:

 **IT Officer**

 **Location:** Al-Hilla – Al-Mahaweel
 **Salary:** Starting from **1.250.000 IQD**, depending on experience and qualifications
 **Transportation Line Available**
 **Lunch Meal Provided**
 **Social Security**

###  Key Responsibilities:

* Install, configure, and maintain PCs, laptops, printers, and IT equipment.
* Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
* Manage **Windows Server** environments and server services.
* Administer **Active Directory, Users, Groups, and Group Policies (GPO)**.
* Configure and maintain **LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, Routers, Switches, and Firewalls**.
* Install, monitor, and maintain **CCTV systems**.
* Manage data backup and ensure business continuity.
* Maintain IT asset inventory and equipment allocation.
* Document IT incidents, solutions, systems, and configurations.
* Ensure compliance with IT policies and cybersecurity best practices.
* Provide daily IT support to employees and coordinate with external vendors when required.

###  Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in **Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering**, or a related field.
* Previous experience in an IT role.
* Good knowledge of **Windows Server, Active Directory, Networking, and CCTV**.
* **Strong English language skills – Mandatory.** 
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
* Good knowledge of **Microsoft Office**.
