Had a good meeting with the Mayor of Almaty, Darkhan Satybaldy today, with the beautiful Trans-Ili Alatau mountains as our backdrop. We discussed how Singapore and Almaty can share experiences as we continue to strengthen our ties. Also met Kazakhstan business leaders to hear their perspectives on the economy and business environment.
