**Ahead of Knowledge Day, Vladimir Putin took part, via videoconference, in an opening ceremony for a number of educational facilities throughout the Russian Federation**

A new 500-pupil secondary school building opened in the village of Bairamul, Daghestan.

An additional 432-pupil building for Secondary School No.6 opened in Cherkessk.
  
A new 1,100-pupil school was built in the village of Bokino, Tambov Region.

A new 1225-pupil building was finished for Ufa's Secondary School No. 88.
 
The building of Moscow's Secondary School No. 656 was reconstructed.
