**The President held a meeting with Minister of Sport Mikhail Degtyarev**

The minister briefed the President on the establishment of an integrated sports environment and on efforts to provide sports funding, including via the Russian Sport Fund, created at Vladimir Putin's instructions.

The minister's report paid particular attention to international events and the preparation of Russian athletes for the upcoming Dakar Youth Olympic Games as well as the 2028 Los Angeles Summer Olympics.
