**Vladimir Putin held a meeting with Minister of Industry and Trade Anton Alikhanov**

The minister reported to the President on key industrial production indicators. Over the past several years, industrial output, investment and the amount of newly launched capacities have all increased. 

The discussion also covered the special investment contract mechanism, with particular attention paid  to machine engineering and autonomous industrial robots.

Anton Alikhanov also reported on the implementation of the New Materials and Chemistry national project.
