**Vladimir Putin is attending a meeting of the SCO Heads of State Council**

Before the meeting began, the leaders of the SCO member states took part in a welcoming ceremony hosted by President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov and posed for a group photo.

This year marks the 25th anniversary of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation.
