**Barclays** reports that the adoption of humanoid robots in **China** could offset up to **60%** of the expected workforce decline by **2035**.  

With current demographic trends, the workforce is projected to shrink by **37 million** over the next decade, and in an optimistic scenario, the number of robots could reach **24 million**, nearly **4%** of the workforce by **2035**.
