Prosecutors say the **49-year-old**, who had a security clearance, created a fake classified program. 

About **$145 million** went toward luxury property, watches and cars, while **$46 million** was used to buy gold.

May searches also uncovered about **$2.1 million** in cash and **€105,000**. Rush agreed to forfeit the property, **30 watches**, **two BMWs** and all the gold bars. Sentencing is set for **28 January**. 

He faces up to **20 years in prison**.
