**JUST IN:** **Anthropic** plans to open its **IPO to retail investors** in the **UK, Japan, Canada and Australia**.

The **Japan** offering could reach **$3.5 billion**. **Anthropic** has applied to list on **Nasdaq** as **ANT**, with the roadshow expected to start the week of **November 9**.
