**JUST IN:** **Canva is laying off 22% of its workforce.** Its CEO says employees can keep their **MacBooks**, receive **six months’ salary** and a **$10,000 business grant**.

The cuts affect **1,271 people**, with severance including up to **12 months of healthcare**, accelerated equity vesting, career coaching and **one year of LinkedIn Premium**.
