**JUST IN:** **Iran’s Foreign Minister Araghchi** states that **Iran’s Armed Forces are carrying out self-defense strikes on sites in Kuwait** used by the **US to attack civilian shipping** and breach the ceasefire.

He warns that **any hostile act will receive an immediate, decisive response** and adds that **sanctions and war have failed, and more war will not succeed either**.
