**JUST IN:** **OpenAI** is preparing to file for an IPO with **Goldman Sachs** and **Morgan Stanley** as early as **September**.

The company plans to file confidentially with regulators soon, possibly by **Friday**. This move coincides with **SpaceX's** expected IPO debut around **June 12**.
