**JUST IN:** **ServiceNow** shares fell more than **14%** **after hours** on weak **fourth-quarter guidance**.

**Third-quarter revenue** was **$4.11 billion** versus **$4.09 billion** expected, while adjusted EPS was **$1** versus **$1.02** estimated. Subscription revenue rose **21%** to **$3.99 billion**.
