**Record Concentration in Top S&P 500 Stocks**

**Goldman** warns that the top 10 stocks in the **S&P 500** now account for **39.7%** of the index, an unprecedented level of concentration.

This surpasses the previous record set before the stock market crash during the Great Depression in the **US**.

A growing number of experts caution that such concentration is unusual for stable bull markets.

They also note that at every market peak, investors create complex reasons why old rules no longer apply and believe "this time is different," but history so far suggests otherwise.
