**Taiwan’s Newest Billionaire**

**85-year-old** **King Slide** owner **Lin Tsung-chi** has become **Taiwan’s** richest person and a major beneficiary of the **AI boom**.

**King Slide** makes drawer slides now used in AI servers. Its shares are up **280%** this year, while its founder’s fortune rose to **$20.2 billion** after the company captured **80%** of the global market.

**King Slide’s** margin is **87%**, versus about **75%** for **Nvidia** and **68%** for **TSMC**.
