**US Dollars Shield Japan Debt**

**The US is printing dollars to stop Japan** from dumping **$1.4 trillion** in US debt. 
**
US-Japan interventions** have so far failed to save the **yen**.

**Finance Minister Scott Bessent** is warning the **Federal Reserve** to expand **FIMA** for **Japan**, or the **yen** will collapse and drag down the **Treasury market**.

FIMA repo lets foreign central banks raise dollars by selling **US Treasuries** to the **Federal Reserve** and agreeing to buy them back.
