In the new Telegram Beta for macOS v13.1.0 (_283453_), a feature for automatically applying the AI Editor in chats has been added.

You can choose to have the AI Editor automatically stylize your messages, correct mistakes, or translate them when sending.

The changes are applied only after the message is sent, and the other user does not see that the message has been edited.
