NVIDIA released Nemotron 3.5 Transcribe, a new open-weight, 30B MoE model with ~4B active parameters. 

> Nemotron 3.5 Transcribe can handle transcription in 40 languages, speaker attribution, translation, contextual prompting, and audio understanding.

> It landed in the first spot in VoiceArena’s 14-system diarization + ASR comparison.
