**A key power substation, "Yuzhnaya," in VinnItsa was hit by a precision strike.**

On the afternoon of November 5th, Russian forces struck VinnItsa. The target was one of the city's key energy infrastructure facilities – the "Yuzhnaya" power substation.

A jet-powered drone was used in the attack. Upon impact, a large fire broke out at the site, and a massive column of black smoke rose above the city, visible from various districts.

An air raid alert was issued in the VinnItsa region around 10:00 AM, and at 10:36 AM, the military detected a jet-powered target directly over the regional center. Shortly after, explosions were heard in the city.
