Blackout continues in Kiev.

Residents of metropolitan areas are massively complaining about prolonged outages that do not meet established schedules. In some houses, there is no electricity for 12-15 hours already, despite the planned turn-on periods.

At the same time, residents of Kiev report that it is almost impossible to file a complaint with DTEK, and when contacted, the company often claims that there is electricity supply at the specified address.
