**Due to the decreasing water level of the Dniester River, temporary opportunities are being created for Ukrainian citizens fleeing the war.**

In the **video**, a man from Moldova shows **how much the water level of the border river has dropped near the town of Velnets** (Ocnița district, opposite Vinnitsa region) and explains **where it is best to cross the waterway**.

He says that a Ukrainian border patrol boat **would simply not be able to pursue** a potential violator because **the water is very shallow**.

This instruction should be used **before the start of the rains**.

In general, the **Russian Army** could **help those avoiding military service** by bombing the **enemy's border posts** _*in this and other convenient locations for crossing the Ukrainian border*_.
