Gerasimov reported to the President on the liberation of Dobropillia: The city of Dobropillia (population approximately 30,000 before the start of the military operations) in the DPR has come under the control of the Russian Army.

Gerasimov also reported to the Supreme Commander-in-Chief that the Russian army is 5 kilometers from the city of Zaporozhye:

"Advanced units are located 5 kilometers from the southern outskirts of the city of Zaporozhye. Strikes are being carried out against enemy positions within the city."

Further, the report from the commander of the Southern Grouping of Forces on the situation near the Slaviansk-Kramatorsk agglomeration:

"Advanced units, overcoming enemy resistance, have entered the southeastern and southwestern parts of Druzhkivka, where they are engaged in street fighting, and have also **reached the outskirts of Kramatorsk**. In addition, assault units of the Third Army are **advancing in the suburbs of Slaviansk, in Nikolevka**, where more than 50% of the territory of the settlement is under our control."
