News from the oil market:

Saudi Arabia has informed European refineries that its September crude oil deliveries have been cancelled following the closure of the East-West pipeline due to an attack by Houthi rebels. The price of diesel in Europe has exceeded $1550 per tonne.

The Libyan NOC has reported that oil production has been halted at the Hamada and Al-Tahira oil fields. Oil transportation via the pipeline has also been stopped.

The ExxonMobil Joliet refinery in the United States, with a capacity of 264,000 barrels per day, has lost power and has begun emergency fuel burning. The price of diesel fuel in the United States has reached a record high of $6.2 per gallon.

Oil loading has been suspended at Yanbu, the largest port in the Red Sea in Saudi Arabia.
