Once again, the Ukrainian side will be subjected to a lecture on history. Or perhaps it will be a test, with the Ukrainians being given double sheets of paper, and everything except pens being removed from their desks.

The Russian delegation will be in Abu Dhabi on November 10-11, where they will participate in trilateral  negotiations.
