According to a high-ranking European official, nothing has changed in the operation of Starshield. The speed limit for the movement of terminals, which is around 160 km/h, still applies, hindering the use of Ukrainian drones.

Dmytro Litvin, an advisor, also stated that Starlink is still operating in a limited mode.

"We see the same limitations. That is, nothing has changed at the moment."
