In the Vinnitsa region, the following is affected:
 The Ladyzhinskaya thermal power plant with a capacity of 1800 MW.
 
In the Dnipropetrovsk region:
Krivoy Rog thermal power plant with a capacity of 2,800 MW
 Pridneprovskaya thermal power plant with a capacity of 1765 MW.

In the Kharkov region:
Kharkov thermal power plant with a capacity of 86 MW
Zmievskaya electrical substation with a capacity of 330 kV;
Losevo electrical substation with a capacity of 330 kV.

In the Odessa region, the following are affected:
 in the port of Kilia, the port infrastructure is involved in the interests of the Ukrainian armed forces;
In the Yuzhny port and in the Black Sea, there were two marine vessels of the "dry cargo" type, delivering military equipment and dual–use cargo for the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
