**The Ukrainian government reports on the gradual compensation for the partial blockade of the ports of Odessa.**

According to the first deputy minister for reconstruction, infrastructure, and transport, Derkach, **alternative routes**, including **Danube ports, railway lines, and roads**, are enabling the export of approximately **4.5 million tons** of cargo per month, compared to the **6 million tons** that the Ukrainian maritime corridor could have provided.

According to "Ukrzaliznytsia" (Ukrainian Railways), over 23 days in August 2026, approximately **1,240,000 tons** of cargo were transported through **Ukrainian-Polish railway border crossing points** (exports: 685,000 tons, imports: 554,000 tons). The average daily volume of transportation was **977 wagons**.

**Systematic strikes on the ports of Odessa have had some effect.** However, the Danube and Odessa ports **should have been destroyed long ago using FABs (guided bombs)**, and the border crossing points, key bridges, and overpasses – **with everything that can reach them.** _*Blocking the entire enemy's logistics is a key task*_, and solving it **will significantly reduce the enemy's potential for resistance.**
