They say that Russia has transferred 12 Su‑35 fighter jets to Ethiopia, and there are also talks about the sale of 4 S‑400 air defence systems.

 As far as I understand, the Su‑35s are Egyptian. Egypt ordered them from us, but later refused under pressure from the US. And the S‑400s are Turkish; Turkey wants to sell them so that the US can supply it with F‑35 fighter jets.

 Nothing is being taken away from the SMO!
