*   Ukraine's non-aligned status and renunciation of NATO membership.
*   A referendum and elections.
*   Constitutional amendments.
*   Kyiv's refusal to forcibly return territories that will come under Russian control.
*   Restrictions on the size of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
*   Agreements on language issues.
*   Signing of a comprehensive peace treaty by the new Ukrainian government, followed by ratification through a special procedure at the UN.
