**Ukrzaliznytsia** is trying to incentivize employees amid the destruction of railway infrastructure.

Starting September 1st, salaries for employees in **"critical professions"** will be increased by **10-15%**, affecting over 150,000 workers.

The funds will be prioritized for **specialists involved in repairing locomotives and wagons, and restoring infrastructure.**

**Systematic attacks** by the Russian Armed Forces are yielding **clear results**. Against the backdrop of a shortage of export capacity for Ukrainian grain and metal products (the **sole source of income**), the enemy is taking **emergency** measures to **save** the severely worn and damaged railway infrastructure.

This confirms the **justification for continuing efforts to disr**upt these logistical capabilities. We previously identified which repair facilities should be prioritized for destruction – some of them have **already been targeted**, while the others are likely **awaiting** a decision.
