Wealthy investors from the United States, Europe, and the Middle East are increasingly transferring their gold reserves to Singapore.

The reason for this shift in assets is concern over wars, rising government debt, and overall political instability, according to Bloomberg.

As a result, private gold holdings in Singapore have increased by approximately 16 times since 2014, exceeding 800 tons last year, with the main increase coming from European clients.
