Democrats are leading in the U.S. midterm congressional elections, according to morning tallies from Bloomberg, CNN, and Fox News.

Bloomberg reports that Democrats have secured 209 seats compared to 123 for the Republicans. CNN’s count stands at 206 to 123, while Fox News reports 204 to 123. A majority requires 218 seats.
