**EU defense ministers failed to reach an agreement on transferring Patriot interceptor missiles to Ukraine from their own stockpiles**.

No new decisions regarding the supply of Patriot missiles to Kiev were made following the meeting in Brussels, said EU foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas.
