**In Lvov, a 21-year-old resident of the Dnepropetrovsk region has been apprehended for alleged espionage on behalf of Russia.**

The young man had been photographing Ukrainian Railways facilities and transmitting their coordinates to "Russian handlers."

He also painted graffiti on buildings, which reportedly contained an encoded link to a Russian chatbot.
