**The driver shortage at bakeries has reached approximately 30%, reported Oleksandr Taranenko, First Vice President of the Bakers Associatio**n.


> Currently, drivers often work over 340 hours per month. This is very physically demanding, so not everyone can handle it. Furthermore, we can only provide exemptions to 50% of those liable for military service. An unexempted driver won't last long, Taranenko said.
