**The Moldovan Prosecutor's Office has opened a criminal case after border guards, while pursuing an individual evading conscription, illegally crossed the border and landed on the Moldovan shore.**

The incident[took place](https://t.me/ukr_leaks_eng/34031)on the afternoon of October 15 near the village of Holoșnița.

A Border Police patrol detained the two Ukrainian border guards and brought them to a station in Cosăuți.
