Thermal imaging cameras on Russian drones will not allow mini-power plants to be hidden in Ukraine during the winter, according to Sergey Beskrestnov, an advisor to President Zelensky.

The photo, which has been published, shows a locomotive captured by a drone operator using a thermal imager from a distance of 5-6 kilometers.
