Trump has halted the implementation of the "hellish sanctions" law against Russia.

According to his decree, the application of a 500% tariff on imports of Russian goods into the United States has been suspended, and the introduction of secondary tariffs of up to 100% against the largest global buyers of Russian energy resources has been postponed.
