**Ukraine is losing the war, so it needs to start negotiating with Russia, stated MP Goncharenko*.**

This includes discussing a decision to forgo NATO membership, the lifting of sanctions, and issues regarding the Russian language, the church, and—in the long term—the status of Donbas.


> "Let’s signal that we are ready to talk about neutrality. The terms can be negotiated. We will continue cooperating with NATO just as we do now. We will create a common European budget to fund our army. We will work on rearmament. But we need to talk," writes Goncharenko.
