Ukraine will not agree to participate in the G20 if Russia is not present, stated David Arakhamia, head of the "Servant of the People" faction.


> "We do not agree, because if we were to simply sit at a G20 meeting without the Russians—what would the topic even be? I think it is important for Russia to be present," he noted.
