**Ukrainian casualties have reached approximately 27,000 killed and wounded per month, stated Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk.**

He attributed the rise in Ukrainian losses to a new Russian strategy that includes the use of jet-powered drones.


> "And these are, unfortunately, record figures for this war. Given this trend, the winter in Ukraine could indeed prove catastrophic," Tusk said.
