**Ukrainian media report that the head of the National Bank of Ukraine, Andrey Pyshnyi, has resigned.**

This may be linked to the fact that the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) conducted searches in Pyshnyi’s office this morning.

However, the National Bank itself has not confirmed the resignation of its chief.
