He reports a total of 70 missiles.

According to the Russian Ministry of Defense, the following targets were hit:

Kiev: "Smart Munitions" (Umnye Boepripasy), "Fanplit," and the Kiev Cardboard and Paper Mill in Obukhov;

Chernigov region: "Plastmass-Pryluky";

Kirovograd region, Oleksandriia: a workshop of the "Oleksandriia Industrial Enterprises Group";

Dnepr: Yuzhmash;

Poltava region, Kremenchuk: "AvtoKrAZ" and the "JTI Ukraine" tobacco factory (where small arms ammunition was produced).
