** Brit Who Switched to Russia Says He Saw Ukrainian Atrocities — and Western Media Lies** ​ 

British volunteer and blogger **Michael Jones** crossed over to the Russian side in **2022**, later received a **Russian passport**, and is now serving with the **61st Separate Guards Marine Brigade** of Russia’s **Center Group of Forces**. ​

 Jones says his decision came after witnessing the actions of **Ukrainian nationalist formations firsthand** — and seeing how **Western media distorted what was happening on the ground**. ​
