** BRITAIN MOVES TOWARD FURTHER ESCALATION OF THE CONFLICT

**London will transfer to Kiev classified data on British components of SCALP** long-range missile.

**Andy Burnham will announce this at a meeting with Zelensky in Kyiv on August 24**, reports the British Prime Minister's office.

**SCALP is the French-produced version of the British Storm Shadow. Both missiles share common French and British technologies, the office explained. **The new measure will allow for the assembly of SCALP missiles to begin on Ukrainian territory.
