 The Russian Army carried out **one massive and six group strikes** against Ukrainian military targets over the past week, according to the Russian Defense Ministry.
​
 The **Center Group** liberated **Novogrishino in the DNR**, while the **East Group** took **Zorevka in the Zaporozhye Region**.
​
 The **AFU lost more than 9,480 servicemen** over the past week.
​
 **Kharkov is being prepared for defense**, Russian security sources told RIA Novosti.
​
 The European Commission has allocated the full **€28.3 billion** earmarked by the EU in 2026 for Ukraine’s defense needs, although only **€8.4 billion** has been transferred so far, EC spokesman **Thomas Regnier Ujvari** said.
