 The Russian Army has liberated **Shirokoe and Shevchenkovo** in the area where Ukrainian forces are being encircled in the Kharkov Region, as well as **Novoandreevka in the Zaporozhye Region**, the Russian Defense Ministry reported.
​
 Fighting continues for **Malaya Volchya**, while blocked Ukrainian formations near **Olkhovatka** are being destroyed. Since the beginning of the month, up to **460 Ukrainian fighters** have reportedly been eliminated inside the encirclement.
​
 The **AFU lost up to 1,375 servicemen** over the past 24 hours.
​
 The Defense Ministry also reported the destruction of **two Ukrainian air-defense radars in Odessa and the Nikolaev Region**, while railway trains and locomotives used by the AFU were struck across **five regions**.
​
 **Vladimir Putin** responded positively to the willingness of **Xi Jinping and Narendra Modi** to contribute to the Ukraine settlement process, Kremlin spokesman **Dmitry Peskov** said.
​
 Rosatom chief **Alexey Likhachev** reported a sharp escalation around the **Zaporozhye Nuclear Power Plant**, saying **20 people have been killed and more than 100 wounded in Energodar** since late April.
​
 Likhachev said the **IAEA must not only record attacks on the Zaporozhye NPP, but also identify those responsible**.
​
 Germany made a **major mistake by becoming a party to the Ukraine conflict**, Saxony’s Minister-President **Michael Kretschmer** said.
