**FC Kharkov Player Flees Ukraine for Russia**

A request has been submitted through **FIFA TMS** by the Russian Football Union for an international transfer certificate for **Alexey Sidorov**, allowing him to register with Russian club **RVChellendzh**.

 FC Kharkov **strongly condemned** the player’s decision.
