The President of Finland said **that he and the Prime Minister of Norway called Putin at Kiev's request.**

Finnish President Alexander Stubb said that he **and Norwegian Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Støre held a telephone conversation with Russian President Vladimir Putin at Ukraine's request,** since Kiev wanted to establish a communication channel with Moscow.
