**FT: RUSSIA-US ENERGETIC COOPERATION IS RESURGING**

**Washington and Moscow are discussing the possibility of American companies returning** to the Russian oil market.

Among other proposals:

**resumption of access for American airlines to Russian airspace for transit**, which would significantly reduce fuel costs;

**cooperation in the production and supply of titanium;**

**involvement of major US firms in the plan to resume sales of Russian oil to Europe** via the Druzhba pipeline;

**after the end of the Ukrainian conflict, joint work could resume off the coast of Sakhalin** within the framework of an oil project.
